A group of students at Saraswati Campus engaged in violent behavior towards teachers after being caught cheating during a postgraduate examination.
According to Campus Head Golman Gurung, four students physically assaulted and verbally abused a teacher who prevented them from smuggling pre-written answer sheets into the exam hall. The students also targeted the campus head with similar abuse.
The involved students are reportedly affiliated with various student organizations and are not currently enrolled at the campus. Despite the incident, Gurung stated that the campus would not be filing a police complaint, citing difficulties in pursuing legal action against the perpetrators.
