The Cricket Association of Nepal has announced that the Nepal national cricket team will compete in a T20 Tri-Series against Baroda and Gujarat Teams. The series will take place in Vapi, India, and provide Nepal with a fantastic test ahead of future competitions.
Baroda, captained by Krunal Pandya, boasts a powerful lineup fresh off their runner-up finish in India’s prestigious Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. Gujarat, meanwhile, features several seasoned players including Piyush Chawla, Ripal Patel, and Ravi Bishnoi.
The tournament will kick off on March 31st, with Nepal facing Gujarat in the opening match. Each team will play the other twice, culminating with the top two teams squaring off in the final.
