Kathmandu, Nepal – A taxi vehicle plunged into Dhobi Khola near Madan Bhandari College in Anamnagar on Sunday.
The driver was the only occupant of the taxi at the time of the accident. According to DSP Chakra Bahadur Shah of the Singhdarbar Police Circle, the driver was rescued near Hanumansthan.
While the driver was safely pulled out, half of the taxi remained submerged in the river. Local authorities are currently making arrangements to remove the vehicle from the water.
