Kavre, Nepal – Two individuals succumbed to their injuries following separate accidents in Kavre district on Sunday.
A 20-year-old construction worker, Sabin Chaudhary, lost his life after being electrocuted while working on the Nepal Police Academy building in Panauti. Chaudhary was severely injured and later died at Dhulikhel Hospital.
In another incident, a 63-year-old pedestrian, Kaji Bahadur Gurung, died after being struck by a motorcycle in Dhalmale. The collision caused severe head and leg injuries, and Gurung passed away during treatment at Norvic Hospital in Kathmandu.
The motorcycle driver, Saurabh Shrestha, and his passenger, Riyan Pradhan, were also injured in the accident and are currently receiving medical attention.
Local authorities are investigating both incidents to determine the exact circumstances and potential causes.
