A fatal motorcycle accident occurred on Saturday night in Jhapa district, Nepal, resulting in the deaths of two individuals. The accident took place on the East-West Highway near Amaldangi in Kamal Rural Municipality-4.
The victims, Anil Kumar Limbu (33) and Somraj Limbu (20), both residents of Shivasatakshi Municipality-8, sustained critical injuries in the crash. They were immediately rushed to Damak Hospital for emergency medical attention but were pronounced dead upon arrival.
The motorcycle involved in the accident, a Ko 27 Pa 3513, was traveling from Kerkha to Damak. According to police investigations, excessive speed was a contributing factor to the collision.
