Two young men are missing after going swimming in the Bheri River near Chokte, Birendranagar-2 on Saturday afternoon.
The District Police Office of Surkhet identified the missing individuals as 19-year-old Binod KC and 16-year-old Bhupendra KC. Both are originally from Kalikot but currently reside in Birendranagar-7 Khajura, Surkhet.
A search operation is currently underway, with a team of four police officers led by Police Assistant Inspector Jaspal Budhathoki deployed from Ranighat Police Station.
