The body of 45-year-old Manmaya Tamang was discovered half-naked inside her Sundarharaicha municipality home. Police suspect foul play, noting injuries on the body. Her husband, Padam Bahadur Tamang (50), is currently missing and considered a person of interest.
The victim’s daughter alerted authorities after discovering the body. The couple lived alone, as their daughter is married and their son works abroad. An investigation is underway.
